Vacuum Assisted Venous Return with the NovoSci Vacuum Controller

In today's medical environment surgeons and perfusionists are utilizing more advanced minimized surgical techniques and seeking alternatives to traditional cardiopulmonary bypass to improve outcomes. The use of Vacuum Assisted Venous Return has been shown to allow increased blood flow rates even when smaller cannula and smaller diameter venous lines are utilized.

Patented Linear Gauge:
Allows accurate readings from 180° field of view and never needs calibration. Each pressure range has a unique color coding.


Durable and fully engineered, the controller offers vacuum regulation from 20 to 90 zmHg with the important addition of a safety vacuum interrupter at -100 mmHg


Mode Selector Valve:
Square knob to easily switch between operating modes (OFF/REG) with the important addition of a safety vacuum interrupter at -100 mmHg


Regulator Adjusting Knob:
Extra large, easy grip knob turns COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to increase suction setting and CLOCKWISE to decrease suction setting. Smooth fluid motion action allows precise regulation of vacuum.
